Made A Call >100 $ by accident

Hi All,

I usually use Rebtel for international call and once I called back when the call got disconnected accidentally directly. And I was charged 126 dollars for 36 minutes by AT&T, Could you please let me know if there is a way I can take a plan now and get this fixed as 126$ is way too high.
