Under my old plan the cost of a new phone was built into monthly payments and upgrades were free. Yet once the 2 year contract was up the monthly bill never went down. Now, at&t is charging people extra a month when they upgrade; how is this not charging me twice, once with the monthly bill and twice with the new extra charge?
