Billing issue resolve

Hello I have had my phone service for just now going on 2 months when I got my phone for me and my husband in the store in edmond oklahoma we got 2 phone's and set them both up and with the plain we chose and the phone's we selected and the insurance on one of them the gentleman told me and my husband that our service and bill would come to $110 to $118 dollars per month this same day we started our service we paid in the store the deposits on the phone's that we both had gotten and also the activation fees for the phone service that was to be a open service no contract we paid $60 dollars per phone all on the same phone account 2 lines of service now we had then come back to the store not more that 3 weeks from that time and wanted to pay our bill in advance at that time in the store in edmond where we got the phone's the gentleman pulled up our account and the amount he informed us for the due payment was $182 dollars at that time we asked him why the bill was as high as he was telling us it was and informed him what I have previously stated above on what we were told our bill was going to be the gentleman pulled up a bunch of documents with all kinds of different charges and fees for activation and showed us our plain as he said it was and not only did it have our cost for the data plan but then the phone plain cost then a cost for sharing the phone service then a cost for sharing the data and activation fees and taxes and I informed him we had paid $ 120 dollars less than 3 week prior to our present appearance and that it wasn't from out satisfaction pleasing and we were upset about it and told him we felt as we were being over charged and that we wanted to not have this issue after what we arranged our bill to be at the time of our getting the phone's and that we would pay the bill but we were going to want a in-store Print out of all the thing he had shown us that and a in store receipt and we made sure that our next bill was only going to be what we were told and had arranged it to be and we also inquired about why the bill showed a due balance less than 30 days from our activating the service and he said it wasn't neciseraly due yet and he showed that we had used less than 1 gig of data and told us that the other 4 gigs would roll over to the next month so we paid the bill got all of our papers printed and departed now my wife had received a text hear a few days ago that says our bill is due and it was for a amount of $358 dollars and she showed it to me and I immediately called costumers service for att at the number that was provided within the text and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Josh and I had told hi. I was very upset with the way things are going with our service and told him their is no way possible that our bill was that high and told him everything as I have stated above and asked him why was going on and told him we are very upset that our phone bill has never been what we had made arangments for it to be and we never authorised for and additional cost to be acquired on our phone service and we didn't set up for the phone company to provide any additional data we accepted our arangment at the time of activation and anticipated to do as we agreed initially and we felt as if we were being taken advantage of and he informed us after placing up on hold that their seemed to be issues on their end and that he was plan ing us on hold and after a little while came back on the line and said that he was sorry for all the bad experiences we were having and I said I'm just not pleased that I have kept our part on the payment of the bill but it's never been what we arranged and I asked him what was their that we could do to prevent this from ever having again going forward because we would not want our bill to double in size again it just not aceptible anymore on our part and he told us of a unlimited package with direct tv with wireless service that would prevent us from having this issue and it would provide us with tv service at a locked in low rate and unlimited data on our phone service and that it would include the following direct tv with 2 boxes unlimited data for our wireless service on both cell phones and the boxes would have recording capabilitys with 145 tv channels and on the go mobile direct tv for both cell phones and their wasn't any installation fees or charges and no activation fees and not fees for the boxes or the dish installation and I had my husband their on speaker com while all this was taking place and we wrote done notes and he SId he was going to fix the issue we were having with the cost on our bill and he said their was some notes on the account and he was going to speak to his manager and place us on hold so we said ok and about 10 minutes had went by and he came back on the line and stated to me and my husband that he and his manager had spoke considerably about the issues we were having and commented that sense we were going with the direct tv and unlimited data on the phone service to prevent us from having any undesired and unwanted or unnesisary charges or cost and for being good coustermers that he and his manager have made arangments on our account and adjustments and as a curious to us as a one time gesture for the apreatiation for our business as a customer and to ensure that we would want to be continuing costumers the had fixed any mistakes on the bill that was being presented to us and that it would not happen anymore with the adjustments he had made and that our bill would no longer be the sum of $358 dollars that it was now only the amount of $168 and I scheduled to pay it on Friday and that's all took place on Thursday and informed me of why our complete and total balance would be that but I was to have to pay it as we agreed and I asked him to run by the both of us me and my husband what all we were going to be paying for how much and to explain it very clearly and he said Friday go to the store where you pay your bill pay the amount of $168 dollars you will be paid in full then when your in the store you can pay for the deposit on the direct tv service while your their or you can call my manager robin and supplyed us with the number then they will or we will after receiving the deposit scedual the installation for the direct tv and to hook everything up and after I ether pages their or called in my next bill would not be joined for the first payment for the direct tv and wireless service that it would be in the form of two payment on my next bill but the total would be in the amount of $225 dollars one bill would be for the direct tv for around $50 to $55 dollars and the other bill would be for $160 to $175 dollars that would be the phone service for both lines with insurance one one phone unlimited data on both phone's but no matter what when I received my bill in 30 days from Friday when I payed my bill of $168 dollars it would be not be any more than a combined total of $225 dollars and I said ok and he made she to note all the thing we agreed soon and he made all his adjustment and we both parted and he told me he would call me back on Friday so then Friday while I was at work he called me and I told him I would get to the store at or around 5 or so when I got off he informed me he had to leave shortly for the day and he would call me nlmonday and make sure everything was fine and make sure I was able to get Everything done so then I get off work and go to the store to pay my bill and make the deposit that he told me was anywhere from $19 to $22 dollars and a guy asked for our info and he loved into our account and he said so would you like to just make your payment today and I told him we had spoke to this gentlemen at coustermers service and we had decided to pay the deposit to scedual the installation in store and I went to hand the gentleman the $168 dollars for the payment due and asked him how much is it with the direct tv deposit to Heather and he told me it was $1100 and some odd dollars and I said what there is no way in Sam's he'll that that's what my bill was and he said that's what he showed I said no let me show you the text we received for our bill amount and I showed him the $358 bill due text amount and date and period it he text said it was for directly on my phone and told him the hole sorry from my first initial starting of my service my first bill payment and the direction and everything that had taken place and he looks around on his tablet and then says I see this amount of $169 that you mention but that's your past due amount from your last billing cycle and I said no my last bill I paid in this store and it was for $182 dollars and this second bill I have gotten I haven't had th service for but only 2 months that the first time I played any money was when I got the phone's then my first billed amount from that point was $182 dollars pain in store and this is my third bill and gave hike the man's name and said everything as stated so he calls a number and talked to a lady and asked the lady if she could explain the amount for $1100 dollars to me and what my current bill was and asked her if she would like to speak to me then he hand me the phone and the lady on the phone would only continue to tell me that the $169 dollars that I was speaking of was my last due balance sand that my current bill was $1100 dollars and the guy said to let him speak to her and they talked and he said so sir are you not going to pay this I said no I'm not and he started to tell the lady to go ahead and cancel the service and I told him no I'm not canceling my phone's and informed me that that was the cancelatin department and said why would you call that department and he said well when theirs not able to be a resolve on a service that's what we do and I said no we need to speak to billing and I said hang up and call them so we can find out what's going on so I called off my phone and got a hold of a gentleman and explains everything and he said that their was a mistake and that it's getting fixed and I didn't owe that Amount and he could see where things went wrong and the man in the store still wanted me to pay the $1100 dollars and I paid him $169 and got a receipt and asked him to please give me a complete print out of my bill and payment and he said he couldn't and I informed him I got one the last payment I made in that very store and he said theirs no way for us to do that I am very upset and my payment still absent posted and I'm unpleased in the way he treated me even after he heard the man on customer service verify I was telling the truth
