So a couple months ago I got laid off. I was and still am having trouble making ends meet & unemployment just got cut off. I was doing what I could freelance I.T. work and made incremental payments. The reason I got behind in the first place was due to NV unempl. office's shenanigans delaying my pay.
Long story short I went in to an AT&T store, called CS to inform them. I made 2 payments, partial and the day after my service gets cut off! No one says anyhing about service suspension, it getting cut off----and NOW I'm told, well you are getting billed during the time your phones cut off....
And, if your bill had been Current--we could have suspended it??? If my bill was current....I would not need to suspend it.... I talked to the same agent, she sounds like she may be from the P. Islands, totally non-human, no customer service skills, empathy, nothing...just a robot...and rude. I am ready to say ***** it & go to T-Mobile.....
Pay the past due crap to AT&T, T-Mobile pays the early termination AND NO CONTRACT PLUS A GALAXY 5!!!!!!
