We are DONE with AT&T

We have been trying to get our phone bill corrected since Jan...  Every month we got a bill, that was wrong, we would be on the phone for 3+ hours - being shuffled around from one dept to the next... Sometimes we would get someone you could understand and they said the bill would be corrected... The next month it was still incorrect...  We ALSO made the mistake of combining our At&t and direct TV bill....  After months of the same crap we would pay the amount owed for our TV and refused to pay the cell part until it got fixed.... Well then our TV got turned off and my daughter who lives out of state and her cell is our only means of contact for her, her phone was turned off....  Again hours on the phone was a waste of time....  In May we went back to the store who made the changes that caused all this mess and spoke to the manager... He spent 2 hours getting the same run around... He sent us home and said he would call us when he had info....  Well he did call about an hour after we left to say that our TV would be turned back on as well as our daughters phone and that within the month we would be contacted with a resolution....  Well another month went by and nothing from anyone...  and one day the TV and my daughters phone were turned off AGAIN....  

We now have left AT&T and have our (5)phones with Verizon, we cannot get them to seperate our Direct TV and At&t bills so we can get our TV back on .... So the next step for us to to CANCEL Direct TV (which we really like) and go to the competitor Dish....

After I am done with this note my next email will be to the local news channels, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.....
