i called so many time about the bills that they did wrong but the account receivable is hang up on me and very mean. She was not listen to my question
I over paying my bills for $500 but she still tell me I did not pay my bill but the account have credit more then $1000. The person who talked to me on 611 always asked me to call account receivable. I called account receivable they hang up or passed me around or put me on hold and sometime asked me to wait up to 45minutes and then hang up on me. I called more the 10 times in a month for the same problem but no one answered my question about my credit on the account. I need someone able to help me. Did any one sue att before?
