I baught two iphone from ATT since it was b1g1 and changed my service for both the line from different carrier. It was in about December 2015. Its been 7 month and several call and support but still till today they are charging me for 2 phone. They admit that the problem from their side but don't know how to fix it. They told me that maybe I did visited ATT store mioght help but even they don't know how to fix.
I can't beleive ATT is doing like this. Strange part is that they admit very clearly but have no clue how to correct in billing. I am still paying my all the bill and installment for both the phone.
Planning to see attorney. I would really appreciate if someone can help or show the correct way. I will never use ATT im my life again.
