Worst AT&T Service I Have Ever Dealt With...

Im not one for complaining.  It takes a lot for me to say something...  I ordered a new phone on Tues. this week because mine is about to die (iPhone 1)  Smiley Happy
well, i spent about 40 min on the phone with the girl from AT&T ordering my phone and i called back today (Fri.) for tracking and there was NO order anywhere to be found (after 20 min of searching).  They could not find ANY info of that order or phone conversation, the only thing they could see is where the girl ran the card for deposit/taxes, etc... so... no ANYTHING accept acknoledgement of running the card.  But a new phone, HA...
so... the only solution, do it all again (but this time, more cautiously).  so i order an new phone again.  This time i make sure to repeat myself as much as i can.  did it help? no... I told the girl THREE times that i wanted a iPhone 6s, Silver, 64gb.  and even got her to read it back to me 3 times.  when she asked for the CC number, i asked her the TOTAL of what she was going to hit the card for, and she said $25.  Well, when i got the confirmation email to accept, it had my new phone listed as an iPhone 6, 8gb (wrong color), after she had repeated it back 3 times.  oh, and she hit my card for $90 (not sure where her $25 came from).  so... i called back and told the NEW person what had happened, but of course, "there  is nothing they can do" to change an order than was submitted 6 min before...
isnt it odd than they can charge/put a hold on your card in about 1 second, yet it takes 5-7 business days to release that hold??? bull...
so, after 3 calls and about 3 hrs that i will never get back, i STILL havent even been able to order my new CORRECT phone, but they have taken $90 and 3 hrs of my life...
