Back in March 11 2016, I decided to upgrade my main line. During that time, AT&T was having the BOGO deal on GALAXY S 7 edge so the person I spoke to over the phone talked me into openning in up a brand new line in order to be eligible for the BOGO deal. I've been getting charged installments on both lines ever since. After calling several times and speaking abouth the issue to Marticia David ,Markia Crawford and her Supervisor Tiffany from retention(who hunged up on me and never called back), I've had it with your company. You are the most untrusting, unhelpful and flat out worst company I've decided to do business with. I cannot wait until my contract is up. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND AT&T TO ANYONE!
