Not receiving discount

I called 2 months ago regarding a promised discount of 20% by a retention specialist for having AAA. Sent in information as directed, heard nothing. Called and talked to 7 different people and finally got someone willing to help, but all he did was issue a one time credit. I do not have time to sit on the phone again for 3 hours but am in need of a response. We have been loyal customers for 10 years and do not like getting the hand off from person to person.
