Okay about a month ago I was having trouble with my phone I was told to go out of my way over an hour driving and then I was told they couldn't do nothing came back been through two phones sent them back or one phone and a battery and then my phone was shut off which wasn't supposed to be and because of all the inconvenience they were going to reimburse me $30 and said now I pay almost 450 a month I have 5 phone lines and I have to keep calling in for a measly $30 credit it's just the principle I keep being told yes you can have it then I get told there's nothing on file I'm getting a little tired of this it doesn't seem very respectful and tonight I got disconnected and the representative never even tried to call me back so now I'm going to try and email and I'm going to screenshot it because everybody keeps telling me there's nothing on file I do have on file where I've sent back to phones to you guys and the emails of you guys getting it back I have on file where my phone was disconnected and they said it was a mistake on your part like I said it might just be $30 compared to my high phone bill but it's just the principle that I have to keep calling back in and then I get disconnected or I get promise that I'm getting it and I get nothing
