I need to get the complaint address reason for this is I have been working on an issue since March I bought for Samsung Galaxy phones underneath the buy one get one free deal as of this date I still don't have the credit and my bill is almost $400 a month not what I budgeted for I've had this escalated to a supervisor and above to the tier two or three or whatever it is was promised that it would be resolved on Friday June 10th and to this day I still am having you to fight with this if you can't out of your contract that I and my family out of it either let me down grade 3 phones and take the credit that I have paid over the last four months or five months and have it applied for them or put the credit on my account today but I still want the complete address and I'm still really tempted to go ahead and file for the complaints with the Federal Trade as well as a few other entities
