My husband received an email saying he could switch without termination fee we have been customers for over 20 years 4 phones all were iPhones for a long time and when we switched, we were charged termination fee $250. for each phone and paid it and still have not received our refund or credit very dissatisfied!!! have been waiting over 4 weeks when you call AT&T customer service all you get is a run around or put on hold forever AT&T customer service is ridiculous. Can't even find a place on this website contact customer service so I'm posting it on this the only place I could find!!
