Tired of Miss-applied Payments

Being a new Digital Life customer the payments go to the same P.O. Box as the AT&T Mobility payments. All the payments sent to Digital Life have been miss-applied to my AT&T Mobility account. The mail sorter obviously can't read the envelope, the check payee or the payee account number. Calling the customer service center gets absolutely no results. The last time I had to go to the AT&T store and get help there. If this does not change I and going to cancel all 4 of my services from AT&T.
