I been having bill issue since April and it haven't been resolve yet and has been 2 month aready and my bill hasn't been reversed to my account and showing that I have past due balance and if I don't pay it will get suspended. Here a AOTS ticket #***** that they made a incident on and they suppose to make this escalated and suppose to resolved on 6/4/16 and it not had resolved and no one haven't call me and let me know if they working on this case. I'm not happy at all that it's taking this long and still not have been resolved and I didn't do the mistake so please fix this or I will have to go to different carrier.
