ATT Switcher Program Problem

I ported 2 lines in from Verizon, and got a poor explination of how the switcher program worked.  I walked through the whole process with an online chat person named "Paul," who told me that my verizon ETFs would be reimbursed on my ATT bill if i kept my account current for 45 days.  Lo and behold, this was not the case and I now have a much better understanding of what I was supposed to do to get the rebate.  

 

More than 60 days has elapsed since I ported 2 lines over and incurred a $400 fee.  It seems as though I will not be able to get the fee reimbursed because I was given bad info about the switcher program.  I actually have a screen shot of the chat session in which i was instructed to do nothing.  Is there anything I can do now, some 100 days after switching?
