So we are moving with military orders to a new state where service is not great. we have been approved for military cancellation of our contract.
BUT
we want to port our numbers to sprint who has coverage in the new state.
we have been going around and around with att customer service about them waiving the ETF for us to port the number.
They state that they can not let us port the number out without activiating the ETF!!!!
I am so frustrated that they can not waive the fee!
does anyone know who to talk to about getting the ETF fee waived so we can port our number and be able to keep in touch with family?
Thank you
