I am not only furious with your company but I feel stuck. This is the worse service ever. First the date charges that they will just let you continue to incur and not stop at any time. second i have been charged wrong for months. i am being charged for 8 lines but have 5 phones however yet today i was argued with and told how correct it was that i was being charged that way. I dont even have those phones. My big issue with this company is the billing and it is not only just high but you people are just rude and think of no one but yourselfves. I had just paid a almost 400 bill days ago. i then get a note the next day that you want another almost 600 BY 6/8. so i thought i had until 6/8 to call and get this straight as again being billed wrong and i have to call each month for someone to finanlly see it. so it was to my surprise this morning when you turned me OFF way before the 8 and made me pay the almost 600 on top of 400 i just paid and then after that post you say oh well another 470 will be due again soon. WHAT!!!! I am actually disabled and live on disability. Having to pay almost the same as my mortgage for my phones, something is wrong. This is not the first time this has happened. i actually had even replied back to the text thing saying i was going to pay but yet still get turned off and was told oh the systems was down. i do not understand why you cut off the phones for a bill thats not due yet or why you cant send a text saying phones will be cut off. i tell you why. its because you want to force people into paying your high bills and when you cut the phone off... i cant even talk to anyone about the bill until i pay the bill. you would think you could at least connect with someone. its awful and pay you basically what i pay my mortgage company. if there was a way out of this contract, i would get out and I wil NEVER EVER NEVER recommend I actually just told a friend whatever they do dont use your company! I have talked to managers over and over and this has never been fixed. I would like to report your company as well. i will be seeing if i can report you to the bbb as well and as soon as i can get out of your contract, i will never do business with you again. oh and thats another thing. when i signed my new contract. i was told my bill would be 274.00 never ever has it been that. I stated that day that the bills had been so high and i was not sure if i wanted to sign up again however i was assured that it would be around the 274 plus i was told that what she was doing with the phones the buy one get one free would not effect me but yet i am still being charged for those phones and i dont even have those phone. I am a very unhappy customer
