Horrible customer service when your system caused erroneous line and installment plan charges

I added a line and purchased phones in the store. The system at the store I believe is called opus had an error and failed the first time. The employee tried again and added the line and phone. This some how caused an extra line and installment plan on the exact same phone and imie. I have been trying for over a month to get this corrected. I spent an hour on the phone and another hour in the store getting the April bill fixed. The May bill came and there is an erroneous charge for the full installment for the phone that never was there. You are trying to double charge for the exact same phone. I have the installment plan I'm paying for on another line. I have called May 9th, may 22, May 24, May 25, called and went to the store May 26th. Each time I am bounced around departments. I was even hung up on from a transfer. I was told repeatedly this would be fixed. I was then told to go to the store but they can't access the account cause the may charge for this phantom installment is now over due. I am beyond frustrated. I have wasted hours at the store, hours on the phone and it is still not resolved. I am getting harassing auto calls on a balance I do not owe. This is how you treat a customer of over ten years. I am upset and frustrated. Your system screwed up, fix it! How dare you treat my time this way and harass and stress me on something that is your systems fault. This is the worst customer service. Stop telling me you will fix it and FIX IT. How dare you treat me this way
