i switched from ATT to Verizon back in late Nov. 2015. I was billed for a month of service after I cancelled. I called several times and each time I was told that I would be refunded the amount until today (May 25, 2016) when i was told that even though i switched 4 days into the new cycle, ATT gets to keep 27 days of my payment even though no service was delivered. Has anyone else had this experience? I am assuming I have no recourse other than I will never switch back to ATT ever again.
