Ok AT&T what kind of games are you playing with my bill? First you breached a contract since you changed my plan without notifying me about changes to my plan which was not done on paper or verbally. Now I am no longer getting my 4th line for free. After adding up all my charges my bill with direct tv is coming out to $315.09 but yet its saying I owe $372.09. I tried calling only to be told that I am wrong and I owe the money. I am ready to walk away from AT&T. I've been a customer for 5 years now and never had a problem but once I got Direct Tv because the sales guys at Fusion Wireless told me I would get unlimited data for $30 a month. He did not tell me that I would lose all my discounts and my tablet I was paying $10 a month would go up to $40. Oh and let's not forget I have been trying to remove my son's line since he was the smart one and paid off his phone and went to Verizon for the past 3 months. But no!!! No one at AT&T can even remove a line. I'm usually a very calm individual. Well not anymore. You can not tell me you wouldn't be frustrated with the games that's been played with me. I'm not a happy customer.
