My bill is due on the 15th, today is the 15th 9pm. I just made a payment but it wouldn't let me choose today for the payment date. I do not want to inquire any late fees. I'm wondering why it didn't let me choose today, since it technically is still the 15th. Is it because the time is based on PST because I am AK time? Thank you.
