We went to Target Mobile in order to get the six lines we needed for our family and their system was only able to put 2 lines on an account. We set up three accounts because the representative told us that we could transfer billing responsibility to combine it into one account so our bill would be $280 plus tax and payments for the phones. They lied. You apparently cannot combine the bills because the phones are on an instalment package. Since signing up in March we have had nothing but problems with them. We were moving to Montana and needed Montana numbers, we were told we had to keep our numbers long enough to port them in and then they cold be changed no problem. Then they wanted to charge us $35/line to change them, something we were told would be at no charge. Finally got that fee waived and tried to combine the bills. Nope, bill had to be current. Got it current and was told still no because of the installments. Not to mention that we were told there would be a credit on our bill by the AT&T rep which we have yet to see and there are no notes in the system anywhere. Made a payment arrangement on one of the accounts and they turned it off twice before the date of arrangement!!! Took several phone calls and almost 2 hours to get that fixed. They either knowingly mislead customers when signing them up, or have a horrible training system because we are still stuck paying almost double for our plan. Our choices? Pay off the phones so we can combine the bills or they will extend to us a "buyers remorse" and we can cancel with them. What is so difficult about understanding it's not buyers remorse, we were lied to? You'd think they would find a way to honor what they tell the customer. Oh yeah and the $10/month discount we were supposed to get on our Direct TV, haven't seen it yet. Customer service at its finest.
