This isn't really a question but.......Been a customer for approximately 10 years. I paid an average of 600-700 dollars (most of the time), but rarely under $500. Called AT&T and asked can we pay $45 dollars out of over $500 dollars, the next day. Rep says till end of day. Ok, I got up $42 dollars to pay inside of store, the system was off, having to pay via sales associate. He says if I pay $42 dollars out of $45.18 our services will be disconnected. Disconnected over $3.18. Went and got $2 to make $45, thinking the $0.18 cent didn't matter. Boy was I wrong. He really told me the services will be disrupted over (expletive) $0.18. Billion dollar corporation threatening service disruption over $.018 cents. They've changed. Should of switched to Verizon! Loyalty is nothing to att. Nothing!
