I escalted a billing isuse i was having to the Office of the Presidnet and was talked to more rudly than I experienced wtih regular cusotmer service. When I asked to escalte the call to this case managers supervisor, I was told that this person has a suprvisor but she does not talk to customers and my call would go no further than with her, ummm hello is this not a cusomter drivern business. I am shocked at the level of disrespect I received, i have been with ATT& for 7 yrs and will start looking for a new carrier this eveing when I get home. Does anyone know who to reach upper mgmt at the office of the president or Mr. Stephenson himself? I plan on filing a formal compalint and I will reach out to the BBB.
