I switch over from verizon because of a promotion I was told about from someone in customer service robert in nashville is what he said was his name but cant seem to locate him now.
he said I would get $300 per phone I switched, I swithed 3 phones plus add a 4th (free) phone
then bundeled it with direct tv and internet. which was never applied and they say they dont have that in thier notes so I didnt get any promotion.
I found out I can get dierct tv due to neighbors trees so had to change the plan and I called customer serverice to change plans i was told since it wasnt my fault I cant recieve direct tv the plans will still be honnored. which was not true they charged me a fee for each phone plus lowered my data useage.
I have called several times and went in person to a store.a couple times now I have been told a manager will call me back with in 24 hours and this has not happened either.
now Im getting messages that im about to exceed my data plan we turned off data useage 2 weeks ago and its still climbing.
if anyone else is having this problem and have gotten it resoulved please share how you did it.
Im at a point where I'm seeking legal advise
