Why can't At&t get my bill straight?

We switched from sprint and charter internet in March to At&t wireless, Uverse Internet and Direct TV and bundled it. We spent over 9 hours at the At&t store, 3 visits, and have talked to so many customer service reps on the phone wasting hours of our time. Customer service sucks!!!! Everytime I talk to someone they tell me something different. Now our bundled bill is $430 this month!!!! Now I am going to have to talk to another rep. And waste another hour of my day because you guys need to get your stuff together! I want to cancel. I don't have time to call about how you keep screwing me out of hundreds of dollars!!! You guys are horrible!!
