Auto Refill

PROBLEM: I have AUTO REFILL but I loose the ability to receive texts EVERY month because of AT&T's delay in verifying my credit card payment. It is VERY FRUSTRATING. What can be

done to resolve this problem short of finding another provider? You can call me @ ***** (a reliable land line) or AT&T's inconsistent cell number [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.].
