I called someone last night around 9:24 to be exact, there were a couple of overage charges on my account that I had not acquired. This guy was really helpful, He assured me that the chargers were removed and quoted me my new balance. I called this morning to pay, and just had to speak with 3 representatives. They informed me that there were no notes in the system, thar they couldn't help me, and basically called me a liar. I've never had a problem paying my bill it's always paid before it's due, and after having at@t for a year this was my first issue and I didn't get the help I needed. You just lost a loyal customer.
