I just got my service towards the middle of the month and I'm looking at my bill and I see that not only is there a one time charge of $20, there's two!! One fee is the activation fee, which I was made aware of when I set up my service, but I see this second "upgrade" fee and I have no idea what it is. I haven't had my phone long enough to upgrade it, nor was I told that there would be a second one time fee. If anyone has any idea, please help!
