sales reps. not up front about charges and fees

i switched to att and now i know this was a Big Mistake..the sales reps. has one thing in mind and that is to make a sale...if i had been informed about ALL the extra fees and charges that would be on my frist bill i would have NEVER switch my service to att, i could have stayed with the carrier i was with.  it seems all these companys are a ripoff..i should have gone with boost mobile and paid ONE FLAT PRICE , which would still have been lower than what i will be paying ATT
