I signed up for the Directv bundle at the end of January. This was suppose to be for 4 phone with unlimited text/talk/data, directv and combined billing. My billing has been combined, Directv has been installed but I still don't have my unlimited plan and they are charging $354 per month for what is suppose to be $270 per month. I have escalated this to the presidents office, retention department, filed a complaint with the FCC and Texas Attorney Generals office. I can't get a straight answer from anyone. They keep telling me they don't understand why I don't have it and they keep escalating telling me that it may take time and someone will be in touch with me. No wonder AT&T was recently writen up in the Dallas Morning News as having the worst Customer Service of any carrier. This is something their president can be proud of. Anybody have any suggestions on how to resolve this, short of hiring a lawyer?
