I have had roughly 18 conversations with customer care regarding (2) iPhones I returned to att. Att acknowledged about 2 weeks ago that they "found" the phones in their system. Att received the phones on 3.5.2016, but for some reason the about of $1,500 was added to the balance of my account. I have spoken with everyone that I could possible speak to, and for some reason this STILL has not been resolved. My U-Verse service has been interrupted once and any day not it will be interrrupteed again. Reason being that I cannot make "partial payments". I have spoken with about 18 represententaives. I was supposed to have gotten a call back from 3 managers. I went in person to a local store and spoke with him for about 2 hours, but there was no resolution. My bill is somewhere around $1,600 and the system won't let me pay the $78 to satisfy my U-Verse account monthly bill. I have no idea what to do at this point. I am beyond frustrated with this whole ordeal!!! Accounts receivable said that they can't help me. Unified billing told me that there is nothing they can do. Collections told me that I just have to wait and call back. It seems that there is no one at ATT that can give me an answer as to why after 6 weeks I still have the full balance of these phones on my account. 4 case numbers have been given towards this issue, but no solution has been found!! I just got off the phone with a representative that informed me that this issue has been elevated and there is nothing that she can do. That has been the same story every....single......time!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why is it so difficult for ATT to refund to my account the money for phones that they have acknowldeged that they have!!??
