Account canceled after completing a two year contract. Contract completed on 3/14/2016. I canceled service on 3/18/2016. They disabled the wireless device when I canceled my service on 3/18/2016 but today 4/252016 they sent me a bill stating it is Past Due. Calling AT&T doesn't do any good since all they say is I must pay the bill (for services not provided) or it will go to collections. AT&T will not correct their mistake or cancel my AT&T account, they continue to bill me for services they do not provide. AT&T is commiting fraud & are scamming their customers. Scamming & Fraud is against the law. I have reported this to the FCC and Consumer Affairs to let the authorities investigate the violations.
