I have had some really bad dealings with at&t Billing department. I've found if you get behind on your monthly payment they really put the screws to you. My monthly bill is $132,a month at&t; February I paid $606.79, this is not made up. I actually got behind 2 months and I. Kept up with making payment arrangements my phone was never turned off because I stayed up with my arrangements. Here's the shocker January's bill posted $404. Well immediately I called customer service, and of course they couldn't find my service plan which I firmly believe this is a part of there ware you down tactics. I began getting frustrated because honestly they couldn't explain why but they weren't about to say that they were making mistakes and do the right thing and make it right. Well I began to realize this wasn't going to change. I then told them I was going to say bye bye and go elsewhere . So I said if I paid the $404. I could leave without any more problems. The customer service agent said that I would owe for two more months to make my bill up to date...that's when I seen how dishonest at&t is. $606.00 !!!! I PAID AND wouldn't you know not 2 weeks later I have a bill for $175.,,my monthly bill is supposed to be $ 132. Now feeling stunned and broke , I am a product of the big corporates getting so rich at the little guy. I Can't stand to look at my phone when the at&t logo pops up for the pure hatred for this lying crooked company which throws money at political parties and the government. These people are heartless
