After switching networks the customer rep told me she would send me my final bill and the return info for my equipment would be provided. We'll I got a check for a credit of 66 cents and zero info for the return of my equipment. Well now I have a bill of $479.25... and a threat to report me to the credit bureaus n collections. We switched bc many calls were made to place a service worker to fix our att problem at our home. This is not good customer service! Please let me know what to do now... I have perfect credit n am never late w bills but this is astonishing-Heather
