I am trying to understand why my last billing cycle is so outrageously expensive. It's never been that high before in the 3 years I've been with you guys. Almost $300 I owe for the past due amount. Whenever I watch videos I am connected to wifi, and when I listen to music I am usually but not always on wifi. I am and have been disappointed with how at&t so secretly maneuvers fees here and there to make my billings higher than they should be, when I pay for "unlimited" data. I guarantee I will be leaving AT&T unless this problem is fixed, and you guys stop being shady.
