So after signing up for the next plan with the buy one get one free S7's, I got my exagerated bill. It looks like I'm being charged twice for unlimited plan, being charged for the free phone, seeing activation fees that where never mentioned. We also agree'd to take home 2 "free" tablets that were going to cost $10 a month for 1gb plan. We were billed $10 for each tab plus $10 for the 1gb data plus another $45 each for another activation fee that we were never told about. I was expecting a bill around $200, I was shocked to see my first bill at over $570. Is this common practice for ATT to decieve its customers like this? Has this happened to anyone else? and how was it resolved?
