I got my phones in October and let me tell you that if I knew all of these problems I would have stayed with Pay As You Go. At least I know what my bill was every month. I have been told so many different amount of my bills. At first it would be 150 for two lines then I was told if i changed my plan that you would be $145 for the plan keep receiving bills for $225. I have contacted customer care to change the plan for the 145 and now I can't get anyone to answer my email. This is very frustrating because since October I have had nothing but problems and now my service is going to be suspended because no one can call me back or what an actual bill will be. Will be looking into filing a complaint
