I am very disappointed in uverse service. I had my bill decombined without me knowing or being told about it and now have late charges since December. I had it recombined and still have to pay late charges but was told I didn't have too, but I had to pay it. I have been with uverse for 6-7 years and never had this much trouble. I called and ask for it to be taken care of because it was uverse fault and said no and I told him I shouldn't have to pay it and he hung up on me. I am seriously considering dropping uverse because of this and your customer service is pathetic. What ever happened to the customer Is always right.
