Very poor customer service

I cancelled my service from your company and was misled by the att&t representative
About the final cell phone service charges.
In addition,at&t did not cancel my cell phone service but transferred the line to a go phone service without my approval or knowledge.everytime I call at&t I'm told that I need to call a different department after I go thru the whole verification process each call.ive made atleast 10 different calls and waisted hours on hold.
I will share my experience with everyone I know in social media,and I plan on going to small claims court to settle my issues..today I spoke to a supervisor named shamari ***.she was no help whatsoever.i am an honest hard working middle class family man that has been overcharged and misled by the at&t cell phone company.i was loyal from 2008 to 2016 but now I'm forced to find a cheaper way to use cell phones.so I left AT&T.but not before them giving me grief and an inflated bill as a final good bye to myself!!!
