Equipment Installment Billing

When we added wireless to our account in December of 2015, we were given Buy One iPhone get one free.

We were told to pay our bill on time for 3 months and pay 3 months of installments on EACH iPhone.  After the 3rd month, we would receive the 3 installment payments refunded back to our account and no longer be billed for the second iPhone.

Here I am, month 4 and I am being billed installment charges for EACH iPhone.

I go to my local store, they tell me I have to call customer service.  I call customer service and they tell me I have to ask the store.  Really?  Which is it?

I do get to speak to a supervisor while on the phone and she assures me that every 1 to 3 months, I will be refunded all installment charges that I have paid. Where did that come from?  Surely not told to me when I signed up.  She says she's reading it verbatium from a billing article she has in hand.

I say great, send me that article, it will be prooff of what you said and I will be happy knowing the issue is resolved.

No way, she said she does not have fax or e-mail.  Let me get this straight, My WIRELESS company does not have means to communicate with me about my bill?

All I want to know is how my bill works, I was ran around in circles and wasted my time.

Oh and has anyone tried to use the fabulous PLENTI program they have you sign up for?  It's free, but I have gone out of my way to visit certain merchants to obtain points and I can not actually redeem my points and neither my store or customer service can tell me anything about their PARTNER PROGRAM.

Very disappointed
