Help Me Resolve This Issue

I am completely disappointed with the service I received tonight with AT&T. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have NEVER had a problem with the company and the employees until recently. Tonight I spoke to 3 different employees of ATT (2 of which were completely understanding and did as much as they could to resolve my issue but there was only so much they could do) and then I spoke to the Manager of the call center in Lubbock, TX, Julienne. Not only did she not want to help me, she was extremely rude, talking over me, raising her voice and telling me that I needed to grow up and "be an adult". As someone who is in their 30's with a family, career and a mortgage I was seriously offended that Julienne was implying that I wasn't an adult and even more shocked that she thought that is was good customer service to talk down to loyal a ATT customer and make them feel small. When I asked to speak to someone else, she refused and told me this ends here. I then brought up to her that I was completely shocked by the way I was treated especially when I took full ownership for not reading the "fine print", I brought up that not once did I raise my voice to her or any of her employees and all I want to do is come up with some sort of solution OR compromise to my issue she continued to tell me that she wouldn't do anything INCLUDING transfer me to someone else. I am so disappointed and offended by my experience tonight. I DO NOT recommend signing any kind of contract with ATT. I am currently reporting them to The Better Business Bureau and I am HOPING that my conversation with Julienne was recorded and she is reprimanded for her actions.
