I made a Bill payment arrangement for today 4-15-15 and was able to pay all of it except 42.10. I asked customer service for a three day extension to pay the 42.10 on Monday 4-18-16. They denied my request. My next bill isn't due until 4-22-16. So I'm only in the rears of 42.10.
I'm having a hard time with this. We've been customers since 2000. As soon as our contracts are up, 1 phone in 2 months, we're switching. This is unacceptable. I'm very upset. I don't expect any response since we are a small fish in a big pond.
