I set up a payment arrangement on the 29th of March, the arrangement was set up for the 12th of April/29th of April. It was an error on my behalf because I intended to have it on my paydates of April 15th and April 29th. Yesterday my phone was disconnected due to non payment. I discovered the error and discussed it with a representative and he restored my services with the promise to pay the amount of the arrangement of the 12th. I made the payment and now they are saying that they cannot guarantee services. What was the point of restoring the services if we are they are just going to get cut back off? I have had this happen before but the error was on AT&Ts behalf and they still wouldnt restore the services, without full payment.

 

I have had a contract with Cingular/AT&T for over 10 years and I am ready to cut ties because no one is ever on the same page. I have been having billing issue for almost a year and everytime I get different answers in regards to policy.
