Unable to get my final bill

I'm in the process of reporting AT&T to the BBB and attorney general, but as a last resort, I'm asking here.

Because of the poor service I've received, I went back to Verizon and they're to pay my etf and phone buyout. This was the beginning of March and I've been unable to get a final bill to submit to Verizon. I received a letter that my final bill was undeliverable at the address on file (but the letter and all prior mail from att managed to be delivered).

I have called customer service many times and each time they claim they're expediting the mailing and it will be 5 days. Today was my 5th call with them claiming a corporate store will print the final bill. The store refuses. I found many complaints on line stating att is delaying sending final bills on purpose.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get a final bill within a week? (I can only view my profile online and on the att app, not my billing).

Because this will affect my credit, I am following up with the attorney general. I read people have had success with this route, but I'd rather if att acted ethically.

Caveat emptor on switching to att. It's not worth it. I'll never make the mistake again!! I've never had such horrible service.
