I just wanted to say that while I love my phone and it's features and every time I have experienced customer service it has been a joy and they have been so wonderful and full of personality, I am
Very unhappy with the way my billing and plan is. I pay upwards of 200 dollars a month for ONE PHONE!!!! That is ridiculous, and there is nothing I can do about lowering it because for what I need to do that is the only option I have with this company. Which sucks. And the data plan is garbage, I have just finished moving and have 4 new 15 dollar data installments added which means my bill will be the size of a really nice car payment 😡 I would leave att but I'm stuck in a 500 year contract. I just don't understand why one person with an iPhone is laying 200 dollars a month and expected to smile about it. I know you won't do anything cuz I don't matter to you. And like I said, I love your customer service and in store and online agents but att...your plans and rates are TERRIBLE!
