We have called numerous times to no avail. When i ordered this phone (Order Number: *****) under my boyfriends account (phone #*****) the ATT representative stated it was unlimited data, which was great... however, he could not use to tether his computer to and use as unlimited, which I was not told. So, I returned this phone on 3/4/16 and he cancelled the new plan and went back to the one he was on. So, basically ATT charged him $700 plus the phone as well as the $52 I paid for the finance charge of the phone. Not one representative at ATT can give us the tracking return number for this order - and I unfortunately did not get the number when i shipped it back. So if you could please once again escalate this to a representative or manager that could give me the information (tracking #).
