I had an I-pad and did not know it had to be used with a certain wireless company. I went to At&t and startd the process of getting an account and then found out I had a Verizon I Pad. So I went acros the street and got service. I checked my credit and have an account in collections for $286 and never had an account. I have tried to speak to at&t and spent over 2 hours on the phone and got no where except on hold for over 80% of the time, then dropped. I got absoutly zero help or answers so I called the collections agency. They told me to write a dispute letter to AT&T so I tried AGAIN to call. I spent another hour on the phone and got absoutly NO ANSWERS. This is the ALLEGED phone number issud to a IPad that is for only for verizonxxxxxxxxxx Please help me. I spent another hour on the phone, during my lunch break, and cannot afford to spend my lunch and work hours dealing with this. PLEASE ASSIST ME IN THIS MATTER!!!! Im about to lose my mind dealing with this. Thank GOD i was not able to get service because if this refelcts any of your customer service and overall treatment of your cutomers Im so thankful I dont use you at this point.
