I switched over 3 phones from ATT in November 2015. I was told that I would qualify for a $900 credit after I made the first payment on time. I have since been billed 5 times and not received any credit. I call into CSR every month only to be told that the credit should apply to my account the following month. I am very frustrated especially since last week I was on the phone with ATT for 3 hours and was accidentally hung up on twice and transferred to 5 different representatives. Does ATT make this process difficult on purpose so that you will give up? I'm not impressed with the cellular service and wish I had just stayed with TMobile. The main issue is that I paid my initial payment prior to bill unification - which I'm not really sure why but apparently it's an error on my part. Every CSR representative gives me a different answer. First it was after 30 days. Then 90 days. This last time I was told that I needed to wait 120 days in order to get the credit. Honestly, had I known I wouldn't have switched. I've never been so disappointed in a company ever. So ft I have made 5 (Very Large Payments) with no insight into when these unicorn credits will apply to my account. I would really love some assistance from someone who knows the company policy. I just want the credit that was promised to me. All of my payments have been made on-time. Another person told me that I needed to "chat" with someone because they would somehow be able to get the issue resolved in a more timely manner. Is this true? Please advise. Thanks
